To answer inbound calls pertaining customer inquiries or complaint regards Prepaid Hotlink Services & to cross sell for example » to convince prepaid customer to upgrade their package to a postpaid plan .

Salary Packages
*Salary Basic RM2500 + RM500 Attendance Allowance + RNR
Overtime is subject to Operation requirements ONLY.

9am- 6pm
10am- 7pm
11am - 8pm
12pm - 9pm

Rotational Shift Mon-Sunday (2 days offday in a week)
