Buyer's Assistant [New Zealand]


 

This position is to support and assist our Buyers, Dry Goods and Administration team to ensure our Internal and External customers receive great service in a timely & professional manner.

The primary role of the Buyer's Assistant is to assist with the day-to-day administrative needs of the store, completing tasks accurately and efficiently and assisting the store to meets its legislative requirements. The correct and timely receipting of incoming goods to support the Buying and Dry Goods teams will be a main focus; investigating, resolving and minimizing any receipting discrepancies as they arise.


The ideal candidate will have/display:

  • High attention to detail and quality of work is a must
  • Initiative
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Great attitude, flexible and responsive
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word


Shift:

Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:30pm)
