Buyer – Automotive Parts [Romania]

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tender strategy and planning.
• Manage strategic sourcing: propose strategy, build scenarios, negotiation strategies, propose sourcing, present sourcing recommendation to management.
• Work in collaboration with the different stakeholders to manage the sourcing for new contracts and contract renewal.
• Lead the contract drafting in French or English and negotiation with the supplier in collaboration with the stakeholders and legal department.
• Manage the contract to ensure productivity, and quality during the execution phase.
• Support communication about contracts with the dealer/hub network.
• Contribute to local implementation of the contracts.
• Build list of saving portfolio and follow actions to deliver savings.
• Contribute to the purchasing team efficiency: propose new ideas, lead specific action plan.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a buyer with a focus on automotive parts procurement.
• Strong level in performing quantitative analysis.
• Fluent in English. French is a plus.
• SAP Environment knowledge is a plus.
• Impactful communication, collaboration, influence results oriented.
• Organized & rigorous, proactive-adaptable with self-confident, controlled.
