We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our Quality and Guest Experience team.

Requirements:
- - English language is a must and the following languages will be an advantage (German, Polish, Italian, Czech, French)
- -excellent communication skills,
- -computer knowledge
- -previous experience in Quality or Guest Experience Department.
- -Foreign Female Only
- -age 18-40
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld
- Conducting regular audits of production lines or departments to ensure compliance with company standards
- Writing reports for the management after each audit
- Reviewing employee performance to determine whether they are meeting standards or making improvements needed to meet standards
- Evaluating potential hazards in the workplace and recommending solutions to unsafe conditions
